Stella Namuganza is committed to fostering the development of ethically sound digital health technologies that uphold human value and human rights. She is advancing work on expanding and sustaining the interdisciplinary research landscape for Ethical, Legal, and Social Aspects (ELSA) in the neurosciences within Germany. She does this through scientific networking and conducting research on ELSA issues at the intersection of Neuroscience and artificial intelligence.
