Multimodal Modelling
We use machine learning to perform multimodal data integration for both medical neuroscience and psychiatry. By analyzing diverse modalities including EEG, MRI, natural language, and tabular data we aim to generate novel insight and improve predictive capabilities. We are especially interested in exploring how deep learning can advance these goals, through both method development and applications. By utilizing the flexibility of deep learning, we aim to enable novel data fusion techniques and reveal relationships between data modalities.
