Complex brain, simple rule.
From connectivity and scale,
Emergence flows to soul.
Xiaojun Zhou
Xiaojun is a PhD student in the research group of AI for Brain Simulation in Psychiatry at the Hertie AI. He focuses on developing personalized models of whole-brain function in brain disorders to support individualized treatment strategies and potential self-directed interventions. Xiaojun believes that brain structure, bodily systems, and emotional processes form an interconnected whole that fundamentally supports human health. Guided by this belief, he applies computational approaches, including neurodynamic modeling and AI methods, to large-scale brain models, aiming to bridge the gap between theoretical understanding and clinical application.
